I cannot sit in the lotus position. Can I still meditate?

Yes! You can sit in any position comfortable to you. You can even sit on a chair if sitting on the floor makes it difficult for you to get up and sit down.

I suffer from anxiety and depression. Will yoga and meditation help my condition?

Yoga and meditation are good for relieving anxiety and depression. Clearing your mind and practicing deep breathing are a great way to focus your mind.

I am not very flexible with my body. Can I do the yoga poses?

It is common for beginners to find it a little difficult to do yoga poses. Our instructors are here to help you achieve the poses one day at a time. You will be surprised after a few sessions how well you can flex your body without anybody’s help.
